The conference fee:
- 2500 PLN, including the conference dinner, or
- 2100 PLN, without the conference dinner, or
- 2000 PLN, for PhD students, including the conference dinner, or
- 1600 PLN, for PhD students, without the conference dinner

The conference fee includes: participation in conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, daily lunches, the welcome dinner on Monday, the excursion on Wednesday, and the conference dinner on Thursday (if this option is selected).
The fee for the accompanying persons is 1250 PLN. It does not include the conference materials and coffee breaks.

The exchange rate as of 2025-04-25 is 1 EUR = 4.2688 PLN.
